What is Horizons?
Empowering the young women of South Arkansas, we are dedicated to fostering growth, facilitating outreach and service, promoting education, encouraging lifelong friendships, and building a strong sense of community. We accomplish this through club programs, summer day camp, enrichment classes, outreach programs and special events all with an emphasis on serving others in our community.
